Together, we’ll take the time to gently explore what’s causing you stress, beginning with compassionate listening so you feel truly heard and understood. From there, we’ll co-create a personalized, supportive plan that empowers you with healthy coping strategies to navigate stress with more ease and resilience. These strategies may include mindful time management, calming relaxation techniques, thoughtful digital boundaries, and nurturing lifestyle habits that support your overall well-being.

Need daily accountability to stay on track with your fitness, diet, sleep, or stress management goals? I offer a simple, customized, daily check-in system designed to support you. Each day, you’ll send me a quick update on your progress. We'll also meet virtually for 30 minutes each week so that I can provide you the support, encouragement, and motivation you need to reach your goals and create lasting, healthy, safe, cost-effective changes.
An accountability partnership can be the perfect compliment to coaching, counseling, and/or a gym membership, especially if you're struggling to stay consistent or motivated. Whether it's movement, meals, rest, or mindset, I’ll work with you to create a daily rhythm that supports your unique lifestyle and goals.

I offer Yoga Nidra Fusion (Gentle Yoga combined with guided non-sleep deep rest mediation) on the beach when the weather is nice and in my studio the rest of the time. These classes require advance payment to reserve your spot. ($15 per person through Zelle, Venmo or ApplePay). Please contact me for locations, times and reservation information.
